Personal data are collected on the basis of at least one legal reason, collected and processed only for the specified purpose, to the extent set out below.

Collection of personal data of employees/customers of the Controller (name, surname, address of residence/business, ID number, TIN, contact and other data necessary for the conclusion of the contractual relationship and related records), recording, storing these data on information carriers, using, sorting or combining, making available by transmission, blocking and destruction of data using manual means.
Purpose of processing:
- Fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party
- Fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligations arising from special regulations
Contractors
Collection of personal data of suppliers (self-employed persons) Controller (name, surname, address of residence/business, ID number, TIN, contact and other data necessary for the conclusion of the contractual relationship and related records), recording, storing these data on information carriers, using, sorting or combining, making available by transfer, blocking and destruction of data using manual means.
Purpose of processing:
- Fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party
- Fulfilment of the Controller's legal obligations arising from special regulations (namely the Act on VAT in pl. zn., etc.)
Other categories of data subjects
An external processor within the meaning of the GDPR is not used.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.
4. Retention period of personal data
In accordance with the principles of the GDPR, personal data in a form that allows the identification of subjects is stored for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the stated purposes.
The retention of personal data beyond the statutory grounds is bound by the consent of the data subject.
5. Rights of data subjects
The data subject is entitled to request information about the processing of his/her personal data, the purpose of the processing of personal data, the categories of data subject to processing, the sources of personal data, the nature of the automated processing, the processors, the recipients, or the categories of recipients of the personal data. The subject has the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. In the case of an application for the exercise of rights, information on the measures taken will be provided without undue delay, in any case within one month of receipt of the request. In the event that the data subject considers that his right to the protection of personal data has been violated, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk.
