We built a comprehensive mobile self-care app for Swiss telecom operator Salt. A native app that blends advanced security with outstanding accessibility, giving users full control over their services - from payments to plan and account management, all in one place.

The challenge

Salt needed to give customers digital access to all services - and ease the load on their call center. But in Switzerland, that comes with a twist: strict accessibility standards and the highest expectations for data protection. We had to tick all the boxes - without compromising user experience.

Our solution

We designed a native app for Android and iOS with security and inclusive design at its core. Customers can pay bills, view statements, change plans, and manage all their accounts - including fixed internet.

To meet Swiss legal requirements, we implemented advanced accessibility features: support for large fonts, intuitive scaling and interaction, and full optimization for screen readers with clear, structured content. And yes - the app passed a rigorous security audit with flying colors.

The result

Customers now have a powerful mobile tool at their fingertips, reducing pressure on Salt’s call center. Thanks to our focus on privacy and accessibility, everyone can enjoy the app — no matter their individual needs.
