We have created a comprehensive mobile self-service for the Swiss telecommunications operator Salt. The native app combines advanced security with extreme accessibility to enable customers to manage all services in one place — from payments to tariff and bill management.
Salt is a Swiss telecommunications service provider that has been looking for a way to give customers digital access to all services while reducing call centre load. The challenge was to meet strict Swiss accessibility standards and process sensitive data securely.
We designed a native app for both Android and iOS with an emphasis on security and inclusive design. Customers can pay invoices, view bills, change tariffs, and manage all their accounts, including fixed internet. With Swiss law in mind, we have implemented advanced accessibility features: working with larger fonts, intuitive control when enlarged fonts, and optimization for voice-over with user-friendly component reading. The solution has successfully passed a safety audit.
Customers got a complete mobile convenience store at their fingertips, which significantly reduced the volume of call center requests. Thanks to the emphasis on security and accessibility, the application can be enjoyed by all users, regardless of their specific needs.
