Gather @Store, a digital solution that transformed shopping for sports equipment into a well-synchronized team sport. By connecting smart applications, a recall system and internal processes, we created an efficient path.
Sport is freedom. But who would want to waste precious time waiting in line. Decathlon Czech Republic, our long-time partner, saw it the same way. The goal of our cooperation was to save customers time that they would rather spend in nature, on the playground or in the gym. And so we got into the game, deployed technology and brought sports dynamism to shopping.
Collect @Store, a sparring partner for each store, has been created, which combines two mobile applications with a calling system on the screens. Thanks to the connection to the internal application, employees know exactly what needs to be prepared. When there is calm, they do not stand still, but engage in other disciplines. And when the order comes, they go right to the smash -- with no unnecessary extra steps. Speed, efficiency, stamina. As with any workout.
The customer no longer has to tread on the spot. The app shows him when he can pick up the order and marks the exact location of the delivery point on the map. In addition, while waiting, he can view sports tips, news and recommended equipment on the screens. The result is not only higher customer satisfaction, but also smoother operations, more efficient employee work and better business results.
