A digital solution that turned buying sports gear into a well-synchronized team sport. By connecting smart apps, a call system, and internal processes, we built an efficient shopping track.

The challenge

Sport is freedom. But no one wants to waste time standing in line. Decathlon Czech Republic — our long-time partner — felt the same way. The goal? Save customers time they could spend outdoors, on the field, or in the gym. So we stepped into the game, deployed the tech, and brought athletic rhythm into the shopping experience.

Our solution

The result was Collect@Store — a sparring partner for every store. It combines two mobile apps with an on-screen call system. Thanks to an internal app, staff know exactly what to prepare and when. If it’s quiet, they focus on other tasks. When an order comes in, they go straight for the win — no wasted steps. Speed. Efficiency. Stamina. Just like a solid training session.

The result

No more foot-shuffling customers. The app tells them when their order is ready and shows the exact pickup spot on the map. While waiting, they can check out sports tips, new gear, or recommendations on in-store screens. The result? Happier customers, smoother operations, more efficient staff — and a solid business boost.
