We've given young people power over mobile tariffs. We created the SWIPE app that turns complex setup into an intuitive process. A platform where tariffs are adjusted as intuitively as playlists with your favorite music.
Slovak Telekom, one of Slovakia's largest operators, had a clear vision: young users need freedom and flexibility without having to visit branches or call overloaded infolines. We were looking for a way to create a tool that would match the lifestyle of people aged 15-28.
The SWIPE app surfs the wave of simplicity. One gesture, and you have a tariff exactly according to your digital life. More data for streaming? Swipe. Fewer free minutes because you prefer to chat? Swipe. In addition to managing fares, we also implemented a loyalty club offering benefits, competitions for concert tickets or even the opportunity to win a party for yourself and friends. We dropped a design that is lite.
SWIPE has become the new standard for operator-customer communication. Users now control their tariffs without unnecessary hurdles and complications. And the development continues — we are working on new features that will deepen the relationship between Slovak Telekom and its customers.
