We gave young people power over their mobile plans. With SWIPE, we turned complicated tariff settings into something as intuitive as building a music playlist.
Slovak Telekom — one of the largest telco players in Slovakia — had a clear vision: young users need freedom and flexibility, without having to visit a branch or call overloaded help lines. The mission was to create a tool that fits the lifestyle of people aged 15 to 28.
SWIPE rides the wave of simplicity. One gesture, and your plan adapts to your digital life. Need more data for streaming? Swipe. Don’t need that many minutes because you prefer chatting? Swipe.
Beyond plan management, we built in a loyalty club packed with perks — giveaways, concert ticket contests, and even the chance to win a private party for you and your friends. And the design? Yeah, we made it lit.
SWIPE has become the new standard for how an operator communicates with its users. People can now manage their mobile plans without hassle or friction. And we’re not stopping — new features are in the works to deepen the connection between Slovak Telekom and its audience.
